Creamed Clover Honey Tofu Salad:

Ingredients:

For the Tofu Marinade:

200g firm tofu, cubed

1 tbsp Airborne creamed clover honey

1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika Salt and pepper to taste

For the Salad:

2 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, etc.)

1 orange, peeled and segmented 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish

Shaved parmesan (optional)

For the Dressing:

1 tbsp Airborne creamed clover honey

1 tbsp olive oil

Juice of 1/2 an orange

Salt and pepper to taste Instructions

Marinate the Tofu: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add tofu cubes and gently toss to coat. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.

Cook the Tofu: In a pan over medium heat, cook the marinated tofu cubes until golden brown on all sides. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, and orange juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Salad: In a large salad bowl, combine salad greens, orange segments, cherry tomatoes, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds. Add the cooked tofu on top, then drizzle with the dressing. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and shaved parmesan if desired.

Serve: Toss lightly to coat with dressing and enjoy your fresh, vibrant salad!
